Area Schools

Garland ISD

Garland is one of the few communities in Texas that offers a choice of schools option. Parents can apply for any school in the district to take advantage of special programs, a desired geographic location, or personal preferences. For the magnet schools, bus service extends to the Hills no matter where the school is located.

The Garland schools closest to the Hills are: Luna Elementary, Abbett Elementary, Webb Middle School, and Naaman Forest High School. The GISD includes Garland, Rowlett, and Sachse.

Plano ISD

Green Apple, the northernmost street in the Hills, is in the Plano ISD.
