Corner Lot
The owner of the vacant lot at Campbell and N. Garland Avenue has a proposal in front of him for a veterinary clinic -- which is within the zoning for that lot. There will be no outside kennels and he has full assurances from those who build these clinics that the boarding area is completely soundproofed, so none of the neighbors will hear any barking at night. Word is that they have built similar clinics that anyone can go see and evaluate.

I'm sure we will find out more about those when we meet. There is also boarding clinic up next to the Walgreens at Renner & North Star anyone could go check out -- and even talk to the neighbors.
